HSEQ Manager

Our current skilled HSEQ manager has been given a new exciting position as responsible for sustainability issues on Group-level, and therefore, we are now looking for a structured, versatile and analytical colleague to take over the role as HSEQ Manager for Powerpipe Systems AB.

As HSEQ Manager, you will be a part of the Powerpipes management team and be responsible for Safety, Sustainability and Quality through coordination of initiatives within the company with the help of your team and other stakeholders.

The tasks as HSEQ Manager in its nature are both administrative and practical. Powerpipe is a small company within a large multinational corporation, The Kingspan Group. Locally we need to roll up our sleeves and get the work done, but we also benefit from already developed solutions and skills from the larger group.

Your interfaces are both internal and external and you must be able to see yourself in a dynamic environment and be prepared for a daily routine that can vary from desk work to being in the production or visiting customers or suppliers.

You are based at our factory in Hisings Kärra. The occasional travelling is to meet customers in Sweden and Norway or coordination and benchmarking with other factories in Denmark, Finland and Poland.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development of our management system covering ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 and implementation of ISO37301 during 2024.
• Responsible for internal and external audits and coordinating certification against industry-specific product requirements.
• Responsible for production follow-up testing in our own lab as well as to coordinate traceability data from our production and our suppliers.
• Handling of internal and external complaints from the first call to corrective action.
• Monthly reporting of the various elements in the group's follow-up tools.
• Management of small quality team consisting of three blue collar employees

Qualifications

• Relevant technical university degree.
• 5 years' experience in a similar role e.g. as quality and environmental manager.
• Experience in working with both practical product quality and more administrative system quality.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Additional languages ​​meritorious.
